Data Structure:

Customers: Company and contact. The person with the item being repaired
- Machines: Customers can have multiple machines that require service
  - Service Orders: Connected to the customer and to a machine

Adding Customers

View and add customers on the customer page.
Use the blue Add Customer button to add customer data
- Company is optional. If the customer is a private individual, leave the field blank or use the customer's name
- Address fields are optional

Deleting Data

Deleting Customers, Machines and Service Orders

To delete a customer, all machines must be deleted from the customer record and all service orders under the customer must be deleted
To delete a machine, all service orders using that machine must be deleted
